A typical response!

http://www.888dag.com/

I have started a series of treatments with Traditional Chinese Medicine for my tennis elbows....yes plural!!! Both arms are f8cked! I just like to share with you guys the typical response when I meet new people for the first time!

When I walked into the clinic and met the person who was doing it and he was talking away without looking at me. I had to stop him and explained that I needed to see his lips to read them as I am Deaf. Automatcially he looked straight at my ears!! What was he expecting to see?? Elephant ears, cauliflower ears, them little bits behind the ear, etc.

Them little bits in my ear are hearing aids!!! They do NOT help me to listen but just make me feel "connected" to the world. He started yelling at me thinking it will help.....grr....no need...just speak normally and we both will feel comfortable with each other!

Since then, things have been good and his gestures are building up each time I go in as has a very very thick chinese accent. His hands are amazing when they are working on my elbows!!! Few more sessions to go....

I remember Alex said upon meeting my sister, that she has an ocker Aussie accent, which is true! She's obviously also Dutch. I was amazed how he could read an accent from her lips! Hope your elbows come good soon. Tennis elbows are so tedious...

Ow! Sore elbows and enormous ears!! At least you're doing a good job educating the good doctor, so it won't happen to the next person.
